I’ve been exactly where you are.
I had weight-loss surgery in 2013 at nearly 300 pounds. Surgery gave me the tool to lose the weight — but not the mindset or structure to keep it off. Like many, I faced regain, felt guilt and frustration, and wondered if I’d ever lose it again.
